Our mouth to mouth protector uses a simple mechanical principle, of pressure difference to create a one way flow of air, under normal ventilation. During passive exhale the pressure of is sufficient to activate the one way valve system, the pressure required to blow from the rescuer is higher, the result is an effective one way valve. This Version Includes a Clamshell Outer case
